Privacy Policy
Effective 14 October 2026
Prayer requests are public inside HallelujahMeet. External sharing of a prayer will only be available when the feature is launched and the author has actively chosen to allow it.
Anonymous account
HallelujahMeet creates an anonymous Firebase account. A name, email address and telephone number are not required. An optional display name does not need to be your real name.
Prayer content
Published prayers can be read by other app users and may include text, category, language, publication time and, if chosen, an approximate location. Never include names, addresses, telephone numbers or other information that can identify you or another person.
Optional external sharing
When external prayer sharing becomes available, it will be a separate, optional setting that is off until the user turns it on. The setting will apply to future prayers. Existing prayers will not automatically become externally shareable. Public web pages will not expose the author’s account identifier, display name or precise location.
A user can turn the setting off and delete their own prayers. HallelujahMeet can disable its own shared link, but copies, messages or screenshots already made outside the service may remain beyond our control.
Daily Scripture and devotionals
Daily Bible verses and devotionals may be shared independently of prayer sharing. HallelujahMeet will only publish shareable text where the necessary rights or permissions have been confirmed.
Location
Location sharing is optional. When selected, coordinates are rounded before upload so the exact position is not stored. If permission is denied, the prayer can still be shared without a map position.
Translation, analytics and advertising
Prayer or devotional text may be sent to Google Cloud Translation when translation is requested. Firebase services support authentication, storage, notifications and analytics. Google Mobile Ads may process device, app, diagnostic and general-location information subject to consent requirements. HallelujahMeet does not sell personal information.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. HallelujahMeet receives purchase status and transaction identifiers, not full payment-card or bank details.
Storage, safety and retention
Community and account data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the European multi-region. Access rules, moderation and technical safeguards are used to protect the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You can manage notifications, advertising privacy choices, location, future external-sharing preferences and account deletion in the app. Account deletion removes the anonymous account and associated prayers, activity, settings and stored push values, subject to limited legal or technical retention.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions, email post@hallelujahmeet.com. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where required, an in-app notice or renewed consent.
